Long Eaton District has a 15-seater Ford Transit for Scout Groups to borrow

Due to the design and build of our minibus it is able to be driven on a class B car licence under certain conditions. These conditions can be found here

Please note you will be asked to confirm your licence entitlements prior to hiring

Borrowing Charges 2023

Evening (4pm - 10pm) £20.00

One Day (24hrs, maximum of 5 days) £40.00 per day

Weekend (Fri 4pm - Sun 10pm) £80.00

Full Week (5-7 days, Fri 4pm - Sun 10pm) £280

The Vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of petrol and must be returned Full, and clean

Section 19 Permit

The District has purchased a Section 19 Permit, so anyone recorded in Compass as part of Long Eaton District can Drive the Minibus
